Hi! We're Paul and Steph, the owners of Venture Out.
We're native Californians and love all things that have to do with the outdoors. We grew up spending time in places like Joshua Tree, Yosemite, Tahoe, Santa Cruz, and exploring everything California has to offer.
When we're not getting you epic gear, you can find us hiking, off roading, and just generally adventuring with our little guy and our doggie. We've found ourselves planted in a town called Encinitas in beautiful San Diego, CA.
Venture out was born out of the pandemic. As we sat around twiddling our thumbs with our toddler for months on end, our need for adventure grew to a level we've never experienced before. We started looking at outdoor gear like rooftop tents, roof racks, tents, fridge coolers, etc. and found that there weren't many high quality options. We really wanted our outdoor gear to be the type of stuff we could pass on to our son, and he to his son, and on and on. We love our old-skool camping gear that was passed down to us and we wanted to make gear for you with that same quality and feel.
